Bullying

Bullying is a form of aggression which involves the use of force, coercion, or threats to exert power or control over another individual. It can be verbal, physical, or psychological in nature, and can occur in person, over the internet, or through digital devices such as phones and tablets. Bullying can have far-reaching and serious psychological and physical implications, including increased risk of depression, anxiety, and suicide. Therefore, it is important to recognize signs of bullying and to take steps to prevent or stop it. Strategies such as implementing anti-bullying policies in schools and workplaces, providing resources for those affected by bullying, and teaching children and adults how to use kindness and empathy to resolve conflicts can all be used to decrease the prevalence of bullying.
