Fading

Fading is an important wireless communication concept that has been widely used in telecommunication networks for a long time. It is a process that occurs when radio signals are transmitted through the atmosphere, and it affects the quality of the transmitted signals. Fading occurs due to changes in the physical environment that can cause signals to be weakened and distorted, resulting in poor reception and transmission quality. Fading plays a critical role in the design of wireless communication networks, as the strength and reliability of the transmitted signals can be improved with proper system design. In addition, fading can also be used to reduce interference between multiple wireless networks in a given region, which further improves the performance of the communication networks.
