Channel Coding
Channel coding is a technique used to transmit digital data over a communication channel with the aim of reducing data corruption due to noise or other disturbances. It works by adding additional data (code) to the original data stream and using error-correcting algorithms to detect and correct any errors that may occur during transmission. Channel coding is essential for reliable data transmission and has many applications in wireless communication, satellite transmissions, and other electronic signals. It is especially useful for sending data over long distances, such as in telecommunication networks.
