Population Modeling
Population modeling is an interdisciplinary field of science that uses mathematical and statistical methods to estimate, project, and analyze the size and composition of populations over time. It is used to inform decision-making, support public policy, and identify trends in health, education, and other areas. Population modeling can also be used to study the impact of climate change, analyze migration patterns, and predict population demand for health services. By providing detailed insight into the dynamics of population structure and growth, population modeling helps to ensure that resources are allocated in the most equitable and efficient manner.
