Raster Plots
A Raster Plot is a graphical representation of data that uses a rectangular array of cells or a grid of squares. Each cell represents a single value or a piece of information, and the data points are visualized as different color gradations that represent various values. The main advantages of a Raster Plot are its ability to convey large amounts of information quickly and easily, as well as its potential to spot trends or outliers that would be overlooked in other types of graphical plots. Furthermore, they can be used in many fields such as geography, meteorology, geology, climate science, and medicine. Raster Plots are an invaluable tool for data analysis and visual exploration of datasets.
