Time-resolved Absorption Spectroscopy
Time-resolved absorption spectroscopy (TRAS) is an analytical technique used to measure the absorption of light by a sample over time. It can be used to study short-lived transient species, such as reaction intermediates, which are otherwise difficult to observe. TRAS is an important tool for understanding reaction mechanisms and can be used to optimize reaction conditions and develop new catalysts. Additionally, its capabilities extend to sensing applications, such as biosensing and medical diagnostics.
