Angiography

Angiography is an imaging test used to visualize blood vessels of internal organs. It is commonly used to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the heart, brain and kidneys, as well as peripheral vascular diseases. During the procedure, a dye is injected into the vessels, which allows for a detailed view of the arteries and veins. The images produced by angiography are most often used to diagnose blockages, bleeding and other abnormalities. Angiography is a safe and effective way to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions and can help improve patient outcomes.
