I3 JNAI3 (Japanese Natriuretic Peptide Isoform 3) is a polypeptide hormone that is secreted from the atria of the heart muscle in humans and other mammals. It is involved in numerous physiological processes such as blood pressure regulation, electrolyte balance, and glucose metabolism.
