Urinary Tract Infections
Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a common type of infection caused by bacteria that grows in the urinary tract. UTIs can cause a range of symptoms, such as burning sensations when urinating, frequent urination, and pain in the lower abdomen. If left untreated, UTIs can lead to more serious health problems, so it is important to seek help from a medical professional as soon as symptoms arise. Treatment of UTIs usually consists of antibiotics, which help to clear the infection and reduce any associated pain or discomfort. Good hygiene practices, such as wiping front to back and drinking plenty of fluids, can also reduce the risk of UTIs.
