Binding Analysis
Binding Analysis is a type of computational tool to study molecular interactions, such as between proteins and other molecules in a cell. This technique is useful for studying molecular recognition, which is important for drug discovery as well as in understanding protein-protein interactions and other cellular processes. Binding Analysis combines the predictive, or modelling, power of computational tools with the specificity and sensitivity of biochemical assays to improve our understanding of molecular interaction. It is a powerful tool for drug discovery, as it helps to identify interactions between small molecules and proteins and their relevance in the wider biological context. Furthermore, Binding Analysis can be used to design or improve therapeutic drugs, study microbial processes and understanding of diseases.
