Molecular Complexes
Molecular complexes are collections of molecules that are strongly attracted to each other, forming networks of multiple components. These complexes are important for biological systems, as they allow for the coordinated release and transport of biochemical products, such as hormones and enzymes, throughout the body. They are also essential for the absorption of nutrients, regulation of gene expression and proper functioning of enzymes. Furthermore, some molecular complexes are key components of many medicines and drugs, enabling them to act quickly and effectively. As such, molecular complexes play a vital role in modern medicine and in the functioning of various biological systems.
