Structural Biology

Structural biology is a scientific field that seeks to understand the 3D structure of biological molecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids, and how they interact to form living systems. It combines the knowledge of chemistry, physics, and mathematics with the principles of biology to explain the structural basis of biological processes. Structural biology is used to develop therapeutics, study biochemical pathways, and develop vaccines. It is a rapidly advancing field with implications in medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.
