Head SURGERY
Head surgery, also known as Neurosurgery, is a medical specialty that involves the surgical treatment of diseases that affect the brain, spine and peripheral nerves. Through a variety of techniques, the surgeon can repair defects, treat tumors, or otherwise treat conditions that impair neurological function. This type of surgery is a critical procedure for restoring and improving neurological function and quality of life for individuals with head and neck disorders, including traumatic brain injuries, brain tumors, and degenerative diseases. In addition to diagnosing and treating head and neck disorders, head surgery can also be used to prevent future neurological issues and improve overall quality of life.
