Screen Time and Children
Screen time, or the amount of time children spend using digital devices, is an important topic in the discussion of children's health. Long hours of screen time can lead to physical and mental health problems in children, such as obesity, sleep deprivation, and decreased concentration. It is recommended that parents limit their children's screen time to two hours per day. Too much screen time can interfere with a child's ability to interact socially, and can negatively impact their development. By introducing healthy habits, such as limiting the amount of time spent on digital devices and instead encouraging outdoor activities, parents can help their children lead healthy and successful lives.
