Organic and Radioactive Pollutants
Organic and radioactive pollutants are substances present in the environment that can cause harm to living organisms. Organic pollutants are typically caused by human activities, such as burning fossil fuels, agricultural run-off, and industrial processes. Radioactive pollutants are primarily caused by nuclear accidents, weapons testing, and other man-made activities. Both types of pollutants can build up in the environment over time, resulting in long-term health effects and environmental damage. The best way to prevent and reduce pollution is to reduce or eliminate the sources of these substances. This can be done through improved industrial practices, the use of clean energy sources, and other changes in human activities. Furthermore, environmental monitoring and clean-up efforts can help to improve the pollution levels in our environment.
