Teleology

Teleology is a branch of philosophy that deals with the study of purpose and the end-goals of phenomena. It examines the ultimate goal of any system and the purpose of its individual components. Teleology often seeks to explain why things exist, how they work, and what their ultimate purpose is. It has been used to understand natural phenomena, as well as ethical and religious beliefs. Additionally, it has been used within the fields of anthropology, psychology, and even economics to further our understanding of complex systems. By understanding the ultimate purpose of these systems, it can help us better comprehend why they exist and how they work.
