Biopsy

A biopsy is a medical procedure to take a sample of tissue from a living organism for examination under a microscope. Biopsies are typically used to diagnose or stage cancer, but they can also be used to diagnose infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and other conditions. They are important tools in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of medical conditions, as they allow for a more accurate diagnosis and can provide information about the stage of a disease or condition.
