Chromatography

Chromatography is a method used to separate and analyze complex mixtures of chemicals. It is one of the most commonly used techniques in scientific research and industry, as it allows the components of a mixture to be separated on the basis of their physical and chemical properties. Chromatography is used for a wide range of applications, including analysis of biological molecules such as proteins, DNA, and enzymes as well as identification of unknown chemicals. It can also be used to isolate and purify substances for further study or to monitor the quality control of products such as food and drugs.
