Anxiety
Anxiety is a mental health condition characterized by feelings of worry, fear, or unease, often regarding a situation or event with an uncertain outcome. It is a normal emotion that everyone experiences from time to time, and it can be helpful in motivating us to take action. However, when anxiety is prolonged and intense, it can interfere with our daily lives.
