Feet
Feet are the foundation of human biomechanics. They consist of 26 bones (most in the body) and 33 joints which make us bipedal. The feet provide us with the ability to stand and walk upright, as well as balance and stability while performing activities such as running, jumping, and climbing. They also act as shock absorbers, reducing the impact of the ground's force on the rest of the body. By redistributing the bodyweight in the right way, the feet give us an enhanced sense of balance and support to prevent falls and injuries. In addition, the feet are essential for proper posture and alignment. Proper foot care is also essential for good health since poor foot health can affect the entire body. Footwear should be chosen carefully as it acts as a protective layer, shielding the feet from injury.
