Muscle Hypertrophy

Muscle hypertrophy is an increase in the size of a muscle due to an increase in the number of cells within the muscle. It is an important process in the body and can be used to improve athletic performance, develop strength, and increase muscle mass. It can also be used to help those who have lost muscle due to aging, injury, or illness, allowing them to regain their strength and mobility. Muscle hypertrophy is achieved through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and sufficient rest.
