Orthotics
Orthotics are a type of medical device used to support, align, and/or correct the function of a person's bones and joints. They are commonly used to treat and prevent injuries, reduce physical discomfort, and improve mobility and posture. Orthotics come in many shapes and sizes, and are custom-made to fit the individual. Orthotics are used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal misalignment, flat feet, ankle instability, and foot and knee pain. They can also be used to enhance sports performance and reduce fatigue. Orthotics are an important tool in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, and can improve quality of life.
