Triceps
Brachii The triceps brachii is a large muscle located in the back of the upper arm. It is responsible for extending the elbow and is essential for many everyday activities such as pushing and pulling. It is one of the most important muscles of the arm, as it acts as a stabilizing agent and helps maintain balance in the upper body. It also plays an important role in maintaining posture, enabling the body to stand upright, and supporting the shoulder joint. Strengthening the triceps brachii can reduce the risk of certain injuries and can improve upper body strength and agility.
