Liver Inflammation
Liver inflammation, also known as hepatitis, is a medical condition that occurs when the liver becomes swollen and irritated due to an immune system reaction or virus. It can result in liver damage and even complete liver failure if left untreated. It is a serious health issue, as it can lead to a range of symptoms such as fatigue, jaundice, fever, abdominal pain, and nausea. Liver inflammation can also be associated with an increased risk for developing liver cancer. Treatment for this condition typically involves antiviral medications, antiviral supplements, lifestyle changes, and dietary modifications. Early detection and prompt treatment are essential for reducing the risk of long-term complications from liver inflammation.
