Glutathione
Glutathione is an important antioxidant molecule produced naturally by the body. Its primary role is to protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals, which can damage DNA, proteins and cell membranes. Glutathione has a variety of beneficial effects on health, including reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system, and protecting organs and tissues from toxins. Additionally, it has been linked to improved brain health, a decrease in wrinkles and age spots, improved energy and metabolism, and a reduction in certain types of cancer. Supplementation with glutathione is becoming increasingly popular as a result of its wide range of benefits.

Most nodules are cysts filled with fluid or with a stored form of thyroid hormone called colloid. Solid nodules have little fluid or colloid. These nodules are more likely to be cancerous than are fluid-filled nodules. Some types of solid nodules, such as hyperplastic nodules and adenomas, have too many cells, but the cells are not cancer cells.
