Mules

Mules are hybrid animals, produced by mating a male donkey and a female horse. They have the size of a horse, but the sure-footedness of a donkey. As such, mules are renowned for their intelligence, strength and endurance, which makes them ideal for tasks involving carrying heavy loads over long distances. Mules are used in mining, logging, freight transport and cotton farming, as well as for transportation by humans. Mules are also used in the military and police forces, particularly in mountainous regions, as they are able to navigate difficult terrain more easily than horses.
