Ulcer Healing
Ulcer healing is the process of treating a cut, wound or breakdown of the skin, tissue, or mucous membrane. Ulcers can form due to infection, inflammation, trauma or chemical exposure and can be painful and debilitating. Treatment consists of reducing inflammation, removing infected tissue, and promoting wound healing. Ulcers can be managed with medication, topical dressings and other treatments to protect the skin, reduce inflammation and promote healing. Proper treatment can help reduce pain and reduce the risk of further damage, infection and complications.
